Our dedicated housekeeping team prepares your home to professional hospitality standards, with premium linens, towels, toiletries and a personalised welcome. To ensure consistent care, cleaning is carried out by our team. With complete management, you do not need to arrange or pay for cleaning. We check the inventory before and after each stay, respect private areas and welcome guests with an introduction to the house and its rules. After departure, we clean, inspect and prepare the property again. Extra housekeeping during the stay is available upon request and at an additional cost.

We coordinate the care and maintenance of your property, including gardens, terraces and swimming pools, so that each space is ready for you and your guests. No non-urgent maintenance work is started without your approval. In urgent situations, we inform you whenever possible and coordinate the response needed to protect the property and guests. The cancellation policy depends on the rate the guest booked. With our standard policy, if a guest cancels within 14 days of check-in, you receive the full expected booking amount. If a flexible rate is offered, guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. You have the flexibility to choose whether to offer a standard or flexible cancellation policy for your property.

You are kept informed about bookings, performance and relevant matters concerning your home. At the initial meeting, we explain how owner updates work and what information is available to you. Your owner portal is available 24/7, with access to your property calendar, reservations and income information.

Payments to the property owner are made monthly, with information about the income and expenses for the period. We explain the details of the process before management begins.
